Mr. President. and my colleagues that without work site enforcement. we will be back here again in 10 years trying to figure out what to do with the next wave of illegal immigrants. We cannot afford piecemeal enforcement. We have to secure our border. we have to work with local and State law enforcement agencies to deal with enforcement in the interior. and we have to have an ability to verify on an accurate and expedited basis whether someone can work here legally in the United States.
