The way we get to the point where it is failr is we take the same method of calculation we do under every other labor bill. including the one we just passed last week. the H2C bill that Senator OBAMA said: Lets put a prevailing wage rate on H2C. I say lets put a prevailing wage rate on H2A. We understand we are not the ones to calculate that. It is calculated by the Department of Labor.
