The Hudspeth County sheriff so relates this event. and we know that in the last several years. since 1996. there have been 200 recorded incidences of Federal military from Mexico on the American side of the border. Why are they here? Well. they are not over here looking for work. Mr. Speaker. So now we use our military to go down to the border. the proposal to use the National Guard to enforce the border. enforce the rule of law. to help our border sheriffs. to help our Border Patrol. So what is Mexicos response? They are going to sue us.
