If the Minutemen want to come in and bid that thing and sit in lawn chairs next to each other for a mile. let them bid that mile that way. Then we could count the footsteps. the tracks in the dust of those that get by. We will make them bonded. and for every one that gets by. we will dock their paycheck for that. because they did not do their job on that. and we will pay a unit price. Free enterprise capitalism. And whatever we dock out of the contract for those that get past that mile. we will give that money to the Border Patrol to chase them down. We can set this structure up easily.
