Mr. Speaker. I appreciate the gentleman taking the time to take a look at this subject that obviously is so important to us. the whole area of border security and immigration. There are so many different facets to this. I just wanted to ask a question or two. Aside from the technology of how do you enforce the border. how do you build at least from a physical point of view or a deterrent point of view. some of the different aspects of this question because the more that people look at it. it seems like there are more and more questions. One is you have a couple of parents that are illegal immigrants. They have children. My understanding is that some of our judges have decided those children become automatically American citizens.
