I respect enormously the contributions that the Senator from Nebraska and the senior Senator from Arizona. Mr. MCCAIN. and Senator KENNEDY have made to try to address this problem that has festered for so long and which cries out for resolution. I daresay. as chairman of the Immigration. Border Security. and Citizenship Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee. that I have been trying to make a contribution to that solution. as has Senator KYL. We have held numerous hearings of our subcommittee. He chairs the Terrorism Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
