Basically. we are talking about individuals who have the opportunity to try to earn their position. the opportunity to be an American citizen. who have to pay a fine. have to go to the end of the line for those who are coming into the United States currently. who have to demonstrate they have paid all of their taxes. who have to demonstrate they have been free from violating the law.
