I do not think that is what we are trying to do. We are trying to have fairness in the legislation. We are trying to have legality. strong border security. We are trying to have an employeremployee relationship where the employer is going to know that employee. has the documents and. therefore. will not go out and hire other employees who are here illegally and give them depressed wages. which will depress the wages on Americans and American workers. which is the current case. We are saying we want to stop the exploitation of both those individuals and what is happening to American workers.
