It was my amendment because it deals specifically with the State of Arizona. What did we do? We went to the Border Patrol and we said: You will have aircraft. sensors. cameras. border patrol. vehicles. fencing. all of those things working in combination to try to secure the border. What do you need. specifically? What are you recommending for the fencing part of that?
