These are wonderfulsounding termsfuture flow. I didnt know what that was until I learned or heard some of the descriptions of future flow. What that means is we are going to provide a circumstance where we try to get control of immigration but at the same time allow others who are now outside of our country to come into our country under a guest worker provision. Let me describe the circumstances. especially on the southern border. for the moment. Last year. we believe there were 1.1 to 1.2 million people who tried to come into this country but were apprehended and stopped and prevented from coming in illegally.
