That is not what we are about in America. Anywhere else in America if we had 2.000 people dying. the people of America would be standing up and saying we must do something to correct this problem and to correct it in a way that is going to work. That is why a comprehensive solution is needed in this situation. That is why my amendment No. 3994 was proposed.
