The American Chamber of Commerce that is over there actively are doing great things. We just need more people to be involved in the people business. We need to be more proud of who we are. Mr. Speaker. and yet we have so little confidence in what has made us great that we cannot bring ourselves to do some of the simple things like enforce our immigration laws. I have watched since 1986 when President Reagan signed the amnesty bill. and first they said it was maybe 1.3 million people. Now we hear they really amnestied about 3 million people or about 3.5 million people.
