I have gotten reports that as many as 20 times there will be a single individual that is caught and released. as much as 20 times. There is smuggling that goes across our border. this huge human haystack. 4 million strong. pouring across our southern border in a given year. and out of that 4 million. our administrations policy is we are going to sort the needle out of that haystack. and needles will be the criminals and the terrorists and the people that threaten our American safety and way of life. So with good border control and with good surveillance and with a virtual fence that the administration talks about. we are going to somehow shine a spotlight on this huge haystack of 4 million humans. and in there we are going to try to pick out these needles that represent the drug dealers and the rapists and the murderers and the terrorists. 0J 1700 Well.
