Of that $92 billion. approximately $69 billion was specifically for fighting the war. We have basically reallocated within that $69 billion money to pay for this initiative. I feel very strongly. as do the cosponsors of this billand I will get to who the cosponsors are of this bill because it is importantthat this Issue be addressed sooner rather than later. that we give our Border Patrol agents the tools they need. Customs the tools they need. the Coast Guard the tools they need. in order to secure the border. This will be a major step forward in making sure we accomplish this goal.
