Senator MCCAIN. whom I have had the good opportunity to work withI have worked with many others but particularly with Senator McCAN over the last 3 yearsin terms of developing a comprehensive approach on this issue. There was a bipartisan group that came together. including members of our Judiciary Committee and people who had a particular interest who were outside of our committee.
