It has been lying out in the sun. and people have been having to look at it. and they are now able to smell it. A few amendments and a compromise is not going to revive this. It doesnt do what we want it to do. It has a huge surge in immigration. The compromise is 95 percent of what was in the bill we just rejected this morning by a 60vote margin95 percent of it. And the others were supposed to make some big difference. but part of the changes in the bill increase the number of people who would come into the country. and there is not any restraint on the legislation.
