Those are the four categories of people we are talking about: aggravated felons. people who have already violated a court order. expedited removal. and a small number of visa waiver people. It does not apply to you simply if you overstayed your visa or if you came into the country illegally and. therefore. violated our law that says you are to present yourself at a port of entry. They violated that law. But merely coming into the country illegally is not covered by this amendment.
