One is a business called J.M. Clayton. What they do is a way of life. It was started over 100 years ago. It is now run by the greatgrandson of the founder J.M. Clayton. They work the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. They supply crabs. crabmeat. and other seafood to restaurants and markets and wholesalers all over this country. It is the oldest working crab processing plant in the world. By employing 65 H2B workers. they can retain 30 fulltime American workers all year long.
