Of course. when you have something as intricate as the border. which is where economics come into confrontationthe economics of poverty come into confrontation with the desire of adults to get ahead. that comes into confrontation with those who want to make money by taking advantage of that desire and charging people and becoming human smugglersthe thieves of human bodies: and that comes into confrontation with lying to and cheating Federal agents.
