Session #109 · 2005–07

Speech #1090114615

A country that can have that kind of thing going on has contempt for the rule of law. their own laws. and absolutely has a policy that runs directly against the laws of the United States of America. Fiftyeight percent of Mexicans believe they have a right to come to the United States. 58 percent. How can that be in a nation that hears this media? Our television blasts down in there. Our radio blasts down in there. Dont they hear this message continuously that Congress is now fed up. that we passed immigration laws? I guarantee you. Madam Speaker. they do because somewhere between 25.000 and 40.000 of them were here in this city last week protesting the fact that we want to enforce our borders.
