I looked around and tried to identify what government agency is doing their job. what government agency is enforcing. what agency has the will to enforce the laws that they are charged to enforce and protect and to bring penalty and interest and do their collection. We know who that is. it is the Internal Revenue Service. not the IRS. not the current ICE. but the Internal Revenue Service. So I thought how can I use the IRS to enforce immigration law. I drafted up some legislation and it does this: New IDEA. Illegal Deduction Elimination Act. removes the Federal deductibility for wages and benefits that are paid to illegals.
