No. 2. the Federal Government needs to fully fund the implementation of the socalled REAL ID Act. which we passed last year and which has to do with border security. No. 3. the Federal Communications Commission needs to exempt colleges and universities from expensive new requirements that will require colleges to modify their computer networks to facilitate surveillance. which will have the effect of adding about $450 to every tuition bill across this country.
