How do we use our resources? In this bill. we do not have sufficient dollars for prosecutors. for court systems. for detention systems and for jails. And are the American people asking for us to bear the burden of undocumented criminals that will be here for 25 years and how many long years and we pay the bill for them? I think not. We should be focusing today on comprehensive immigration reform. We should be focusing on putting resources at the border. the northern and southern border. so that. In fact. as we do so. we prevent these people from coming into the United States.
