Indeed. 60 percent are already criminalized from the standpoint from entering this country illegally. and 40 percent are just because they have overstayed their visas. and we are equalizing that in this bill. The other thing that is important for the gentlewoman to know. given the history of her ancestors. that addressing this issue first and foremost. border security. is protecting. indeed protecting those 11 million. most of whom are working and supporting their families and are lawabiding except for the fact that they came in illegally. We want to protect them as well. With that.
