Mr. Chairman. I thank the gentlewoman for yielding me this time. Mr. Chairman. the wellknown comedienne Joan Rivers used to say: Can we talk? And that is what I would like to say tonight. is. can we talk about a terrible bill. a bill that may feel good and make some people think they are voting for border security and to do a better job of monitoring the borders of our Nation but really is not? We can do much better. This bill reminds me a lot of the automobile that was built by Dr. Seuss that looked like an abomination.
