Antiterrorism. and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005. Any Member wishing to offer an amendment should submit 55 copies of the amendment and one copy of a brief explanation of the amendment to the Rules Committee in room H312 of the Capitol by 7 p.m. on Tuesday. December 13. 2005. Members should draft their amendments to the bill as reported by the Judiciary Committee on December 8. 2005. which is expected to be filed with the House next week.
