I rise in support also today of H.R. 4821. a bill to extend into next year the visa processing period for Nairobi. Kenya. and Dar es Salaam. Tanzania. due to the U.S. embassy bombings. This is one of the most heinous acts of statesponsored terrorism that has been done anywhere in a long time. The bombs that exploded on August 7th at the U.S. embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam killed 247 people in Kenya and 10 people in Tanzania and left more than 5.500 people injured. including many Americans.
