This negative jobs bill takes critical jobs out of the hands of American workers and compromises the economic stability of American famdies. Hightoch companies complain they cannot find the numbers of lechnologicaly skilled employees that they need among the United Stales workforce. Yel. reports abound aboul widespread abuses where U S workers. in the informatlon lechnology Industry. have been laid oil and replacdd by nonmmmigrant workers.
