Speech #1050192316

You ought to not allow yourself to be pulled away from the focus on that very real issue. Federal assistance to education is a very real issue. Let me just expand for one moment on what happened today. We had on the floor of the Congress today a bill which would increase the immigration quota for professional workers. That immigration quota increase is designed primarily to bring in more information technology workers into this country. Information technology workers are people who work in various ways with computers and the Internet programing and various things related to the computer culture. and there is a great demand for workers. We already have 65.000 of those workers in America.
