The problem I see with the underlying bill without the Watt amendment accepted is that we restrict the application of this visa category to only a small percentage of all the employers who are going to be out there seeking these employees from foreign countries. which means that we are going to have a vast number of companies that will be able to skirt the law. bring in foreign workers. and deny American workers the opportunity to get goodpaying jobs.
