That is fair enough. And yet now we have a bill in front of us that requires that attestation of only a very small group of employers. Here is the exception. so that everybody knows: Employers with fewer than 25 employees and more than 7 H1B workers would have to make the certification. Employers with 26 to 49 employees and more than 12 HlB workers would have to make the certification. Employers with more than 50 workers with at least 15 percent. 15 percent of their work force being H1B employees would have to make the certification. But everybody else in the world can bring in their HIB employees without making those certifications. Now. the House is going to have a classic opportunity here today.
