I not only served in the military. I was in law enforcement for 14 years. and there is a difference being sheriff. with all due respect to my good friend. we both were sheriffs. in middle America than being a sheriff in a district that is very. very close to Mexico. We talk about drug trafficking. we talk about illegal aliens coming into this country. What have we done about consumption? If we do not have consumption. and it is not only the United States. other countries are beginning to experience. and at one point they were considering only as being transshipment points.
