That is a fact. When they do that. they trample across peoples property. They are outlaws in the first place. They are taking and shooting at peoples homes. moving them out. terrorizing people along there. We are just saying. a simple fact. that if the Secretary of Defense is asked and has an option to put people down there to help observe and help the Border Patrol. it was interesting because my discussions with the Border Patrol and especially in Del Rio and Eagle Pass is that they thought they worked well with the military observers that were there. Mr. Chairman.
