It is essentially as much a oneline description of what this debate is about as anything I can conjure up. The guy that gave $4.000 gets a lot of free speech. and a lot of the free speech he gets goes right into the ear of the Senator or the Congressman that got the $4.000. And when the phone call comes into the office from the poor guy making $10 an hour. with a wife and kids. because he wants a passport or because he knows a friend from Bolivia that is being mistreated under the immigration laws. do you know where his phone call goes if it is answered at all? It goes back to the staff. Where does the call go from the guy who gave $4.000?
