One cannot get on a plane without proving some identity. One cannot get a drivers license in America without proving some identity. What is more important. and I always hear. "This is good. but not now. do not do it now." This is campaign finance reform. If we do not do it now. this turkey is dead in the future. If we are going to do it. do it now. if this thing is going to fly. I support it. Citizens should vote. Noncitizens should not vote. We insult no one by ensuring that an illegal vote does not cancel out our legal votes. In America the people govern.
