I saw during that time. before the collapse of communism. what happens when religious freedoms are deprived. I met with ministers who had been in prison for practicing their faith. I saw the refugees who had fled their countries into the West with the hopes and the dream of having the freedom to practice their faith. to capture the dream that we cherish in this land of freedom. Then I saw in my lifetime. and we have seen in our lifetime. the modernday miracle of Jericho where we saw the walls of communism collapse. We have to ask ourselves why.
