Speech #1050137119

Mr. Speaker. I thank the gentleman for yielding time to me. Mr. Speaker. let me take us back in our minds eye to a tiny town called Saxonburg. PA. Settled by hardworking German immigrants. it is the kind of picturesque farm town. an affluent community. a safe community. that all of us would like to live in and all of us would like to raise our children in. Back in 1980. the chief of police in that town was a young man named Greg Adams. Greg Adams had patrolled the streets of Washington. DC. and had taken his two young sons and his wife back home to Saxonburg.
