So there are tremendous opportunities. and a lot of these countries just are not able. They have meager resources. they have fragile democracies. in some of the cases of the former Soviet Republics. I was very shocked. because a couple of years ago I went to Armenia. which is a former Soviet Republic. I went into some of the poorest housing that was actually set up for refugees from the war in Karabakh. and the people had absolutely nothing. And what I would see on the walls were Marlborough posters. and the kids smoking. They had nothing. and they were smoking.
