I think. visiting this country and understanding what makes It work at the local governmeni.. SLate government. Federal government level. it really helps people appreciate what democracy is all about. The visa waiver program is one small satp for getting us on more userfriendly terms with countries that we as Americans just take for granted. because oftentimes they require no visa for us to visit them. We should not require a visa for them to visit us. partioularly when the error rate is so low. I hope we will adopt the amendment that will allow other countries to come into tile program.
