Mr. Speaker. the Committee on Rules is planning to meet next week to grant a rule on H.R. 2575. the Visa Waiver Extension. Subject to the approval of the Committee on Rules. this rule may include a provision requiring amendments to be preprinted in the amendment section of the Congressional RECORD before being offered. So. for example. if the bill is considered on the floor on Wednesday. as is currently anticipated. amendments would have to be submitted for the RECORD by Tuesday. March 24th. Amendments to be preprinted should be signed by the Member and submitted at the Speakers table.
