Mario and Steve are being swornin as members of the Haledon Borough Council on Saturday. January 3. 1998. Mario Lombardo has been a resident of the Borough of Haledon for 18 years. His family emigrated from Italy to the United States when he was nine years old. A graduate of Passaic Valley Regional High School. Mario has been a member of the Manchester Regional Board of Education for seven years. and has served as vicepresident. He is a member and past president of the San Andrea Social Club. a member of the Passaic County Republican League. vicepresident of the Haledon Independent Republican Organization. and. a member of the Board of Adjustment for the Borough of Haledon.
