Mr. Speaker. as the letter from OM received yesterday points out. the Sc cial Security Administration record also will not definitively reveal th status of citizenship. When we put th two together. we do not get anythin more than what is there to begin witl We cannot prove citizenship with thes records. So why are we here today? We ar here today to consider a bill that woul deter and discourage Americans wh are not Anglo from voting.
