That is really just around the corner when we start talking about putting in this kind of a program. This legislation. with the best of intentions. was designed to prevent visa overstays and control the flow of illegal immigrants and the transmission of illegal drugs. terrorism. and other things. The problem is that this legislation. as it is currently drafted. could have a devastating effect on commerce. on tourism. along the Texas border. the California border. and all across all of the borders across the northern United States. on both sides of the borders. E 2345 In New York State. we have many. many corporations that have corporations right across the border. and many United States citizens.
