Mr. President. I commend my colleagues on reaching an agreement on what has been a very long and difficult negotiation relative to Central American and other immigrants. I note that we have in the Chamber at this time two of the Members of the House of Representatives who have been most active in achieving this result that is close to being reality. Congresswoman ILEANA ROSLEHTINEN and Congressman LINCOLN DIAZBALART. I extend my special thanks to them and congratulations on the success of their hard work.
