An extraordinary achievement for our children and our families. because our interest rates are staying low. our unemployment rate is staying low. We are not only able to absorb all of the immigrants who are coming into this country. but we have in parts of my district at least 2 percent under what was considered full employment. We are at 2 percent in some of the counties of my district on an unemployment rate. The consequences of this control of the deficit are huge in terms of interest rates and keeping the employment rates up and the unemployment rate down.
