Come on. We do not need a drug czar. I am not so sure we need all of these Federal agencies. If it was up to me as an old sheriff. I would wrap all of these Federal agencies up under the FBI. One agency. I think they are so miscoordinated. they do not work together. We do not even have a program. speaking as a sheriff. It is a joke. As far as the Border Patrol is concerned. I believe they have been compromised. I am just going to tell it the way it is.
