Mr. TAYLOR. which gives guaranteed health coverage to military retirees when they become Medicare eligible. an amendment by the gentleman from Texas. Mr. BARTON. and the gentleman from Minnesota. Mr. MINGE. which incorporates budget targets into the law and holds the President and the Congress accountable if the actual budget outcomes do not meet the budget agreement goals. Mr. Speaker. these are all very important amendments and the House should have an opportunity to consider them. I urge no on the previous question and defeat the rule.
