There are going to be a lot of changes. We would like to have those changes be made in favor of the people who have the greatest needs. We do not need anymore tax cuts for the richest people in America. We do need to address Medicare and Medicaid in a new way. and stop the assumption that that is the place where most of the money is. and therefore we can keep cutting Medicare and Medicaid. Members might have heaxd and read in the newspapers that this budget Is good because it restored disability benefits to legal immigrants. Let us applaud that. Let us celebrate that.
