The article reports on the growing drug and Immigration cases that are Inundating this district court and the lack of Federal judges needed to administer justice in these cases. This district has two vacancies. one open since December 1. 1990. and the President has nominated Hilda Tagle to fill this judicial emergency vacancy. Ms.
