What the Senator from Now York is doing is carrying over this agreement. that these people need the certainty of assistance because they are very old. they are very frail. they are very disabled. and what the Senator Is doing Is. in essence. saying that that agreement ought to really apply right now and these people should not be under the threat of a cutoff. So he is restoring SS1 to legal immigrants until all the new details are worked. am I correct in that?
